An organisation is an intricate web of connections and interdependent relationships aligned around a common intent, purpose and identity. The strength of the connections - both within and outside of the organisation - can impact an organisation's effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability.

Organisations are also communities. And as with any community, there are a number of principles that guide the develop and potential of any organisation. We focus on only three, which we believe to be the foundation of all viable 'systems' including organisations.
