Leading from purpose: The inner work of leadership
Overview: Most leadership development focuses on building the skills, competence and capabilities of leaders. And all but a few consider the 'inner work' of leader development - that is, the building of leader capacity. This action research project seeks to explore how leaders continue to re-connect with a deeper sense of who they are and the benefits to organisations and the community from leading from in this way.
Team Executive Coaching for senior leaders
Overview: Traditional coaching approaches see an individual coach working either one-on-one with another individual or with a group. Such an approach begs the question, "What might the coach be miss of the larger context of his/her client as they collapse the multiple possibilities into a single 'interpretation' of what they are hearing?" This action research project seeks to determine the additional benefits of team coaching (i.e., two or more coaches simultaneously) in working two-on-one or two-on-group with clients.
