Dr Richard Harmer - Managing Director
Richard is the Managing Director of Develop Full Circle and has more than 10 years experience working with organisations and has deep expertise in spirituality, emotional intelligence, leader development, organisational dynamics, executive-level learning initiatives, and organisational sustainability and socially responsible business. Richard is also the founder of The Holos Group, an Australian-based think-tank established to address the critical global need for institutions and communities to operate in a completely different way to “business-as-usual”.
Richard has experience in co-creating learning experiences with clients aimed at developing more engaged and meaningful workplaces. With a background in what makes people ‘tick’, Richard is an organisational and health psychologist having completed his Masters degree at Swinburne University of Technology in 2003 (conferred in 2004). Richard has also completed his PhD where he explored spirituality, spiritual practices and how people make meaning in their life.
Richard is a Full Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and a registered psychologist and a Full Member of the Australian Human Resource Institute (AHRI). Richard is the former Director of Client Services for Genos, one of Australia’s leading providers of Emotional Intelligence (EI) assessment and development services. He is an expert in leader and self- leadership development and still conducts the Genos EI Certification Program where he trains coaches, facilitators and consultants in the applications of EI in the workplace. He is a sought after executive coach and mentor and has extensive experience in instructional design and facilitation.
Diana Coverdale - Associate
DDiana is the Director of gatewayDC, an executive coaching and facilitation consultancy specialising in personal and professional mastery. Diana brings over 20 years experience and expertise to her work as a consultant and facilitator enabling the development of optimal personal and professional potential and building resilience. Diana is an accredited Genos Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, Executive and Workplace Coach and a qualified Somatic Psychotherapist. She has outstanding skills in leadership and team development, stress management, conflict resolution, effective communication, meditation techniques, and the emerging field of spiritual intelligence.
Her industry experience includes sales, advertising, hospitality, marketing and management of successful businesses, including her own. She has delivered a variety of programs to the private and public sectors of business and facilitated a successful personal development program to the general public for 17 years.
Samantha Fernando - Associate
Sam is the Director of Potential Spaces, a knowledge-web consultancy specialising in executive leadership development. Sam has 20 years of business experience within the Learning and Development and Organisational Development fields. Her consulting experience crosses the financial, professional service, banking and executive education fields both within Australia and Asia. Sam held Head of Learning & Development roles within Minter Ellison, Freehills, and Mallesons Stephen Jacques, with national responsibilities. Accredited in MBTI, Belbin Team Roles, Firo-B and Genos Emotional Intelligence, and with coaching certifications, Sam is currently completing her Masters in Integrative and Transformative studies.
An experienced individual and team coach with a passion for creating extraordinary team performance, Sam has deep subject matter expertise in the design and development of key learning & development and OD initiatives, with a focus on people, self-leadership, adaptation leadership and leadership development.
Andrew Levy - Associate
Andrew works with organisations to improve their communication, leadership and management skills in order to improve employee attraction, retention and engagement. In particular, Andrew helps organisations to create the leaders and managers they need to effectively face their challenges and achieve results. Andrew's programs typically integrate elements of assessment, instruction, skill development and one-on-one coaching to ensure that they result in sustained and measurable behavioural change.
Andrew has over 14 years' experience working in the legal profession and is a former solicitor and Director-Workplace Relations at Clayton Utz. He was formerly a Consultant at Beaton Consulting, Australia's premier management consultants to the professions. And before that, Andrew was a Senior Consultant with Words and Beyond - a communications consultancy that advises eight national law firms, 12 public listed companies, five government bodies, the United Nations and the European Central Bank - on how to use their written communication to enhance their brand.
